Brady Buckley, Chief Executive Officer

Twenty five years progressive executive experience brings together both the knowledge and enthusiasm to make things happen in an organization.  As a President and CEO for four different companies, including American Telco and Fairpoint Communications, he built and grew each one for expanded shareholder value and created teams that were loyal and committed to executing the vision of the company.  From an entrepreneurial venture to a large multimillion dollar corporation, this executive experience brings a fresh perspective that will move a company towards success.

Van S. Warner, President

Mr. Warner has worked as a Senior Telecom Engineer with companies such as USLEC, Carrier Access Corp, Sotto Wireless and USA Mobility. He has key experience with working in a VC Funded Startup Company, as well as a detailed understanding of ILEC, cellular, microwave, CLEC and Fixed Mobile Convergence (VoIP) carrier operations.
Listed in National Registers Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals in 2002, Van was also the winner of the Charlotte NC, Chamber of Commerce Work / Life Awards 2007.

Paul Head, Chief Operating Officer

With over 25 years of professional experience and having been the Vice President of two different telecom companies, Paul is a seasoned leader. He has led different management teams where he was responsible for all aspects of the company's marketing strategy including brand development, channel integration strategy, sales management and new product development. Couple this with his back ground in engineering; Mr. Head brings tremendous perspective and talent that makes any team stronger in their operation.

James Sii, Chief Technical Officer

With 22 years of experience as a network engineer James worked his way up to become the Chief Technical Director in his last company.  He has proven his ability to optimize existing computer networks, telecommunication systems, implementation of new software products and applications. His knowledge and experience plays an integral part in saving money, increasing productivity, increasing sales and speed profitability. He is experienced with VoIP, IP-PBX Systems, WiFi IP and is licensed in the latest technology in telephony, network systems and software.

Boris Linares Esq., Corporate Counsel

With over ten years of experience since he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 1998 from St. John’s University, Boris has worked his way up to be the Principal Partner with Linares & Associates, P.C. out of Bayside, NY.  Boris specializes in Corporate Law and had previously interned with The Counsel of the City of New York.  He also worked as an Attorney for prestigious firms such as Law Offices of Jacob Oresky and Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. before starting his own practice.

Mr. Angel Colon, Director of Product Development

Mr. Colon has worked for over 10 years in the investment industry.  He took Exair Communications public and has helped numerous companies maximize their revenues and improve their overall financial performance.  His expertise will prove to be an essential ingredient in the success of Warner Telecom.

Mr. Matthew Weir, Director of Information Technology

Mr. Weir has worked for over 10 years in the information technology field.  He graduated from Arizona State University with a BFA in Media Arts.  His expertise lies in web development, video and animation technologies.
